Can I Wrap That Present For You?
Fundraising is a real eye-opener, as anyone who has ever shaken a charity can knows.

Our first event was a 10K run by April Logan who sneaked in a last minute entry to the Glasgow Women’s annual race.  What she didn’t know was that she was pregnant with baby son, Pearce.

This was followed by Father’s Day present wrapping in Boots, Buchanan Galleries and a sponsored climb of Ben Nevis by our son Ewan’s old school pal, Anthony Brawley.

We’ve had a ball, literally, raising funds for CLIC Sargent, the Sydney Children’s Hospital and World Child Cancer.  Last year’s dinner at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow was memorable, not least because of the talk by author Christopher Brookmyre.

This autumn we had a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party where we managed to keep our sanity whilst baking hundreds of cakes, painting children's faces and entertaining Bearsden and beyond!
Of course, none of this would be possible without our wonderful fundraisers and supporters. You know who you are!
